Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Maple Specialty Paper Co. By using maplespaper.ca (the “Site”) you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may change these Terms by posting an update. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Use licence
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to copy or sell Site content, access the Site by automated means without written permission, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, interfere with others’ use, or break applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
Site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by Maple Specialty Paper and protected by copyright. Do not reproduce or modify it without written consent. You may view or print content for personal, non-commercial use if notices stay intact. Feedback you send may be used by Maple on a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual basis.
4. Product information
We aim for accurate product information. We do not warrant that all information is error-free. We may correct errors and change specifications or pricing without notice. A quote on the Site is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
5. Contact form and communications
By submitting the quote form you ask us to reply about paper specs and supply. We aim to respond in 2–3 business days. Do not send information you do not have the right to share.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maple disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Site content is informational and is not professional, legal or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maple is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or service interruption.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Maple against claims arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of law or third-party rights.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Dispute resolution
Before a claim, contact us and allow 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises.
