Maple Specialty Paper (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Maple”) is a specialty paper wholesale business incorporated and operating in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit maplespaper.ca (the “Site”).

2.1 Information you provide

When you submit the Request a Quote form we may collect: name, company, email, phone, product interest, GSM / application, and message. Name and email are required to reply. If you email us directly we collect what you send.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Our host (Web Hosting Canada) and analytics may record IP address (often anonymised), browser, pages visited, time on page, referrer, and date/time. We use cookies to run the Site and understand use. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies in your browser and via the consent banner.

4. Legal basis (PIPEDA)

We process personal information under PIPEDA on consent (form submit), contractual necessity, legitimate interests (records and relevant product updates), and legal compliance. Withdraw consent at contact@maplespaper.ca. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including SSL. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or to opt out of marketing, subject to law.

7. Retention

Contact form data is kept at least 2 years for business records. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.
